At Vectis Bake Shop, we strive to provide high-quality baking supplies and excellent customer service. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved cancellations.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and safety of our inventory for all customers.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
